I caught a big o fish from the lake, cooked it up and eat it. In the midle of my meal, I found a stringy white thing that I know isn’t part of the fish. I read biology web page that worms could infect the flesh or guts of fish. I will neve eat sushi again!

How can i be sure i have an intestinal parasite.
i have had basic stomach flu symptoms but no throwing up. no fever. and i have had it on gowing for 8 days and lost 10 pounds.
my muscles are pretty week too. (which im pretty sure is just from loss of nutrients because i haven’t been eating much)
